its giving you an error code, refer to your motherboard manual to determine what the beeps mean (frequency and length show different errors)

no its happening first nothing after then and now this ... i dont know why ... how ever now its beeping rapidly

According to wikipedia and some research, youre using AMI-BIOS. Continues beeps are because of ram or video card. Repeating long beeps are because the cpu fan is not attached / temps too high or incorrect voltage.

i try to clear cmos .. but wont work... dont know why.. beeps are short and hiting continuasly... not long beeps..

whether ram attached or not..beeps not stop or change the style.. is it ram?? but how it will effect after updating bios? this all came after updaing my bios...
