Pretty sure the GPU is soldered to the board, so no, sorry :(

well... if you have the right amount of crazyness, and wicked soldering skills... yes, its possible if you can find a compatible chip.

 

(theres some reports of people doing this successfully, but its not advised to do on a system you dont mind bricking)
