I am looking to build a mini itx computer that can handle photo shop. It doesnt need to be a great gaming rig jusat a great photo editing machine. I have a budget of 600ish dollars. What type of parts are most important I belive it would go Ram Cpu ssd gpu. What do you suggest. Thank you for your help

Are you at all interested in an all in one PC? Because this one isn't too bad for the money, it has a 1080p IPS touch display and a full desktop 7800 APU in it

$649

Going to suggest a compact APU rig otherwise, only main difference from the all in one above is more RAM and the all in one cooler, unless you're doing some crazy photoshop work you should be good to go, maybe throw in an SSD as well, you could fit a 480GB SSD in if you drop the all in one cooler

If you can afford the extra $40 you can get another 1x8 kit.

You'll want to go with one of these In win cases then

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/nsHmMp

But that's if you're feeling crazy, you can change the TDP of the 7800 in the BIOs to 45W and it won't impact performance much

You could also instead go with like an i5, but if you want to do some gaming without a GPU, then the APU would be the way to go

There's also this case option from them with a 200W PSU over a 120W for a bit more headroom, but it is a bit bigger, still really small though for a desktop PC

Depends on what games you want to play. If none, you don't need any GPU.
