So if you could do something better so i could squeze in a SSD it would be great.

Maybe replace the CPU with a I5-4460 and the ram with some cruical Ballistix Sport 8GB

quiet stuff, make sure you do custom curve on gpu and downvolt it

psu fan wont spin

throw default fan away.
