ok whats is your budget for the CPU?

 

you can put a i7 4790 on that board with no issues

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

I have everything but ddr3 ram and a pci express x1 for my ide harddrive, so an expansion card . Budget for cpu 200$

get the i5 4460

 

then use the rest to buy 8GB DDR3 RAM

i5 4440 and buy 8 gigs of ram...

the 4460 is the refresh with better TIM so it runs cooler than the first gen haswell

 

and if you check the prices 

 

the 4460 is cheaper than the 4440
