Which of these is the better build for gaming? My maximum budget is 950$ U.S. I would like high settings and high FPS, if possible. Thanks in advance!

I already have 2x4gb of RAM.

Just go with 1st one. 4590 isn't OCable so you don't need aftermarket cooler and Z97 board.

Is skylake the brand? I haven't heard of it before. Could you possibly link it please?

yeah Skylake is a new technology cpu if it possible to call it like that.came out like month ago so its kinda new .

cpus is : i5 6600k and i7 6700k (its those which I know isgood and overclockable)
