It shouldn't make difference unless those games are online dependent which I'm pretty sure they aren't

i know injustice darksouls and bloodbourne can but im nto sure about gta but i dont see why not

 

you can look on the case of the game or the game page on psn and it will tell you if you need a persistent internet connection

GTA V: Yes, offline play is a go

The only one I don't know about is Need for Speed. 

 

The rest can play offline.

Considering the amount of shit that microsoft got for their plans for games being always online, I would imagine that they will all be able to be played offline.
