I'm looking for a new GPU dose anyone have any recommendations for one that is around the £120 range as my AMD 7700 aint cutting it no more for the type of games i now play would appreciate any help thanks.

A card for $120 (in your respective currency, I don't have that icon..) will likely be a downgrade.

if thats all you got your better off going second hand, some forum users might be able to help you out, but yeah for that money you are better off saving and getting something worth while, you wont regret it then

You cant upgrade to a gpu that will run today's games for 120 euros. 

that's quid, no euros.
