Just here right before i order the fans, i hear that the sweet spot of rpm/silence is the 1450 rpm ones, is that right? :)

Yeah pretty much, depends on how fast you wanna have them running, but around 1500 RPMs (give or take) is the most silent operation at the best performance

get fractal design venturi fans. they go to 600 rpm when fan curve is set to silent and go all the way up to about 1800. They are extremely quiet and efficient. they're about $18 each though
