Whenever i put both of my ram sticks in my PC it gets in a never ending boot loop. the screen is always black and i cant think of anything that could fix it. 

my specs are

CPU intel core i3 3220 can support up to 32gb

mobo msi h61m p31(g3) can support up to 16gb

GPU inno3d gt 730 4GB(running at 810mhz with a 405MHZ base clock)

ram2x2gb sticks of ram (i can only run one two gig stick)

please help

Did you try each stick individually?

check each dimm one at a time, if only one works, send the kit back, and order a new one.

try each stick individually and try each stick in each slot will help you determine if its the ram or a bad mobo

yes both sticks work in one slot and only in the second dimm not the first

that would tell me there is probably something wrong with the mobo time to rma
