pro4 vs extreme4? I read the extreme4 is better than the pro4? at least it is worth spending the extra few bucks for.

Hello, I am looking for a good z97 1150 mobo for my brother. He has a budget of right around $100. He uses it for gaming and everyday use. Thanks.

AMD A10-7850k, Cooler Master 212 EVO, Team 2133 2x4gb, V300 120gb, DVD, 3 HDD, MSI A88X-G43, Asus Strix GTX 970, EVGA Super Nova G2 850watt, Acer B326HUL

Does he need Z97? or will H97 / H81 work? Cause unless he's got a K series chip you could save some money and potentially put it towards more ram, an ssd, etc.

If he NEEDs Z97 the Asrock Z97 Pro 4 is a good choice, if not Asrock H97 Pro4, followed by Asrock H81-HDS.
