help psu and gpu compalitiblity

MinerModi

if you run a beefy GPU off that PSU you will burn it out - both of them i mean - that PSU was not made to handle GPUs - hence the absence of PCIe connectors.

Actually, the power supply has to be able to supply it's maximum power level sustained. The power supply is fine for the time being.

A common misconception is that cheap power supplies are bad. Actually, they are safe and can be used up to their maximum load safely (this one is ~400w)

are you sure since thats what im going for gpu first and then in about a month psu

Yeah it'll be fine. Your system will barely use 300w from the wall. Your power supply will get hot but it should be fine for a while.

I still wouldn't trust it with a 950.
