I haven't really kept up with the folk music scene, so I am pretty traditional in my folk music taste

I LOVE FOLK MUSIC! To find a fan of this wonderful genre is...is like finding a pot of gold. :wub:

 

I typically like stuff that is kind of electronic or psychedelic, but I also enjoy the more tradition folk music. Massive Attack did some psychedelic folk tracks in some of their albums (or the clear inspiration of if they deny it!), but here's an example of the kind I really enjoy:

 

 

Most of the stuff I listen to have vocals to go with it, but they generally have this electronic and acoustic instrumentation sound to it.
