Weird fraps cut.

So I've been using fraps for a couple of youtube videos (new at it) and whenever I record something I give it a few extra seconds of silence at the end, and then cut it away in my editing software. Problem is that fraps cuts away a few seconds, even those before.

 

I've tried this with a few test videos and decided to upload a video of it.

If any of you has experienced this issue and knows a fix, it would be much appreciated.

 

(While you're at it can you also give me some tips on the actual content? (Not certain if this is allowed on here))

I've seen that happening quite a bit with fraps, including to me. I'm guessing it's just a bug in the latest version, hopefully they will fix it in an update.
