Hi all i just seen two amd hd 7970's ones model is a r797oc and the other is a r797to. What is the difference?

Gigabyte cards. One's the overclocked edition and the other is the Ghz edition. The Ghz performs better due to higher clocks.

 

The R797TO is the Ghz edition by the way.

No worries, mate. The card will "boost" itself to a certain clock speed; by like 50 Mhz or so. Not really important as you can overclock much over that, but it's there if you don't want to overclock (BUT YOU SHOULD).
