When do you think the i7 6700k will be in stock at websites like newegg and stuff?

Probably when AMD launches Zen. Or Intel re-launches the 5775c, which was just recommended on a build Linus did.

The ones that have stock have been inflating the prices like crazy, because of the lack of them. There is stock, but at ridiculous prices.

there is stock at ridonkulous prices because everyone wants them.

its just a matter of waiting for stuff to stabilize. which, sadly, i dont have my crystal ball with me, so i cant rell how long it'll be.

No......

The online shops that are price gouging the shit out of the chips because the major retailers are out of stock. The price has nothing to do with how in-demand they are.

No. What I said was that the shops are taking advantage of the major outlets being out of their own stock.

You're implying that the shops are fine in how they're pricing their product.

I didn't say they weren't in demand, I said them being in demand has nothing to do with the shop's prices. Shops like that will raise their prices on products that are out of stock anywhere. Go look for an Nvidia Shield Portable on Amazon and let me know how much they are.
