I wasnt doing anything and it wouldnt let me do anything until I agree so now I am just ignoring it. What does this mean?

I wouldn't be surprised if Google changed their ToS again, which they have to make their changes public.

Not a good idea to have your schools homepage open in a tab we can clearly see.

Terms of Service, kind of like the Code of Conduct here on LTT, but more directed to what Google can(or cant do) with things like your information. This is the thing you have to agree to, yet nobody reads.

Probably not, Google has to notify its users of change with their ToS, and the only way people actually look is if their work is disrupted. If I remember right there was a lawsuit years back that Google lost which requires them to do this.

Nope, I use Bing(hue hue hue), but I imagine I would get it within a week if I used Google.

You use bing, but to my understanding you dont like Windoiws OS...mind blown, literally. im dead right now death is typing this.
