ASUS GPU TWEAK 2 problems. help!

Hey guys, I was just wondering my ASUS gpu Tweak 2 settings never ever  save. I would click on user define settings, punch in my shit then click apply. I don't see a save button anywhere.... If only EVGA precision didn't start bugging on me sigh... Anyone got some tips ?
