Emergency help

I literally just finished putting my entire build together and as I went to turn the switch on for my PSU nothing happene . Every part is brand new, I have no clue what the problem could be. Do I need a new PSU? What could the problem be

What are your Specs, and also make sure your 8 pin CPU header is plugged in. Small things like that are easy to forget for first time builders. Also make sure the PSU is in the on mode :P

Check the 5 main PSU connectors
24-pin motherboard
8-pin CPU
6+8-pin GPU
Sata power.

hit the "on" button on the case if you've connected it to the motherboard

Maybe plug the PSU in?

Maybe turn on the power switch on the PSU?

Hit the power button on your case?

Usually those are the things I check first if my PC doesn't turn on.

Honestly though, first time i built my comp it wouldn't boot up... the HDD wasn't plugged in. so it happens to all of us.

Desktop: CPU: I7-5820K GPU: 980Ti, 750Ti PhysX Mobo: MSI X99A SLI PLUS RAM: 4x4 Kingston DDR4 2400MHz OS: Win10
Storage: 250GB Samsung Evo, 3TB WD Black and Green FIRESTRIKE, Reason for dedicated PhysX Card.
