My fan controller uses one? So does my watercooling pump?

Right now? Yeah lmao need to put it back together properly!

thats for a wire to board connection and i rather not mess with soldering a board.

posted this just becuz i was wondering if anyone had any info.  the mb connector would be better for cable mangement if it was a right angled connector imo. so would the vid card connection.

well, you can solder a wire to it just fine, and cover it up with heat shrink, and sleeving afterwards.

You need to stop a second and find a guide on how to mod your cables man cos right now you're asking questions and it kinda sounds like you're running into this blind. Do some more research and build up your confidence in what you need to do. If you're custom sleeving your PSU cables then you will need to solder the connectors to the wire in most cases unless you really trust crimping them alone which tbh I wouldn't recommend as it might come loose.

From what I've seen the connectors used on modular power supplies are the same on both ends of the cable, but please do you research to be 100% certain.

not modding cables. not sleeving cables, not soldering wires, not building anything, not doing anything. simply just wondering if i could replace the power connectors coming from the power supply with a different style of male molex plug.

Yes... by modding the cable or making a weird connector by hand so... pretty pointless as you will have to solder something at some point.

so been reading about modding psu cables with custom sleeves, but has anyone modded the molex connectors, like to match colors. cuz i would like to know if there are suppliers out there that has right angle molex connectors for the mb, vid card, and such.

... Answered your own question really. No offence.

the molex plugs are not soldered.  cable management is not pointless

We have shown you what is available to you and it requires soldering and modifying the cable from your PSU. Other than that we cannot help you further sorry.

Have a nice day.  :)

you havent shown anything. nor do i think you understand what im talking about. the plug coming from the power supply isnt soldered.  look at the ltt vid of sleeving and others too.  the wires were taken out by a tool.

these are the connectors here.

the wires have little pins that are crimped on the end. if you are removing the plastic bit and re-using the old wires then they will already have the pins on them, otherwise you will need to get some. as for right angle atx connectors, doesn't seem that they are available.
