Don't get a CX PSU for an overclocking build. Do you really need that particular mobo? What features are looking for in a mobo because there's almost $40 to be saved there that could spent on something else, like more RAM

Really it just has to work, be reliable and be black and white themed. 

CX PSU's aren't the most reliable, try go for an EVGA, Seasonic or some other reputable brand

This will work, but it's unsafe as the CX line is designed for your more office type scenario, where there isn't max (or overclocking) load on any one part.
