Yea but screwed cores or wrong factory tuning can case this?

if you had a broken core then you'd not be on the forum asking bout it.

Well at 1200mhz core on my 390 i am scoring P15133 in 3D Mark 11.

I tried Witcher 3 and i got around 30fps. Thats allmost same as the r9 280x 

Settings (you didn't turn on harrows right).
