Hi guys, i recently built my custom loop, and the water i used inside was just normally demineralized water. My question is: Will it corrose? :)

Corrode? It probably will after a while if you have metal in your loop (which is most likely). The deionized water will pick up the particles of metal, eventually leading to corrosion. But for the short term, it should be fine.

If the blocks are by reputable brands/ dont use metals like aluminium it should be fine.

Demineralized water tends to strip metal ions from blocks so theroictally it will but nothing that Will cause damage if it was say constantly flowing fresh demineralized water over a couple years it can thin metal a little. Ideally you want to use distilled water, just remember to have a biocide or kill coil in place.

Distilled or De-Ionized water says B Neg and considering he knows his shit, I'll just stick with De-Ionized water as it's easy to get hold of

You can use it, but it would be much better to us either of the ones I listed.

You will be ok, it's best to source some distilled water next time around when you clean and flush out your loop, but demineralized is not the end of the world or an absolute must change. The fittings are almost always brass.

Well thanks! Idk about those fittings, they feel like some hard metal or something. Im not a metal expert even tho im a car mechanic :D

Some good pressure 120mm fans would be Noctua's, noiseblockers silent pros as you mentioned, the fractal design venturi's are also really good, corsair's QE SP120 are decent.

The SP120 would be a better option that the AF120 since they are pressure optimized which are better at pushing the air through the rads.

Well. I dont use my af's on my RAD, they are exhausting air out of the case. But i want some new fans on my rad as i use stock EK fans (not vardar) on the rad atm.

If you want matching fans the corsair SP Quiet ones are decent they aren't the best performing quiet fans but do look good. I personally use them on my rads and they aren't bad. Try to get the dual pack if you do since they are better value.
