first i dint know where to put this and second is it safe to plug an extension lead into an extension lead ive looked online and found sites saying yes and no both the extension leads are 250v 13a and i will be powering my pc 600w max with my monitor and a 100w set of speakers

its only for a while  

My speakers dont even fit on or under my desk...PA's FTW

I assume you mean extension cord, it mainly depends how long of a run your making as long as it's like a 16AWG cord you can go up to I think it was around 20-25ft.

I have a similar setup running fine but don't make it too long and push a lot of amps through it.

If you do it like that, and u plug ONLY YOUR PC in it, then its safe. But dont connect anything else into any of the extension leads.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Btw, I'm not an expert of how many extensions leads should u put into another extension lead...

Yes it's fine.  Just because something has a 13A fuse doesn't mean it uses 13A.. it just means it uses more than 5A.

 

So wattage is the best indicator.  On a single outlet with a 13A fused extension lead you can use up to 230 volts * 13 amps = 2990 watts.  So you are much below that.

 

And yes extension leads are not all rated for up to 13A actually.  The one my computer is plugged into right now says 10A max.

 

Important note: "it's only for a while" is never a valid reason to be unsafe with this stuff.  But here you are being just fine.

I think it's fine, I'm also running some stuff off two extension leads into each other. My house hasn't burned down yet... (*knocks on wood lol*)
