I'm inclined to say build around the AMD A10 platform. I don't know about the rest of the community but I'm a strong believer on the APU platform for budget builds.

Looks a-ok to me for what you'd be using it for ^_^ Later down the line Id suggest maybe getting a nicer CPU tower cooler, maybe for more silence and a larger HDD when the 120GB on the HyperX drive isnt enough. The games you seem to want to play dont take much space anyway, so Im assuming the HyperX SSD will suffice until you can get another drive.
