That is going to be pretty difficult to get for $2000. Try to look online for some Youtube videos or something... The monitor is going to be the most challenging thing to include in that price tag alongside the PC itself.

Wishing you the best of luck though! :)

Hello all,

I would love to build a Hackintosh for my parents. It needs to include a 4K monitor (preferably from a reputable brand; also to compete with iMac resolution), peripherals (mouse, keyboard, and speakers), and the build itself.

Sincerely af19

You could build a hackintosh for way cheaper , do you still want a $2000 build?

Even this is overkill (possibly).

Why not stick with an iMac? One does pay a premium, but for the less than tech savvy it's a better choice.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Does it realllly have to run OSX? because you might as well just buy a mac mini and a proper 40 inch 4k display

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?
