Win 10 crossfire issues

noticed today that on GTAV my second card, (R9 270X) isn't spinning up to at all, the first card is at 1100mhz while the second 1 is at 300, only noticed this in GTA so far, the other games ive tried since finding it are rocket league, space engineers and AC4 Black flag, and they all work fine, profile issue with GTA and win 10? as it worked fine on win 7 before I upgraded.

Have you tried disabling ULPS?

You did a upgrade install?
