I just upgraded my internet speed to 25Mbps.

Comcast told me that the modem I currently have doesn't support my new speeds and it will crash every now and then, and they were right.

My current modem keeps going offline and sometimes I have disconnect it.

What DOCSIS 3.0 modem do you have or recommend for Comcast ISP in the United States?

Price doesn't really matter as long as it's not like $160.

Comcast didn't want to tell me what modems were compatible, don't know why.

So recommend me one or tell me which one you use.

TIA

You should definitely get a DOCSIS 3.0 modem. It costs about 70$ on Amazon.

I had the same issue with speeds and DOCSIS 3.0 fixed it.

We have comcast here in Houston Tx and using that modem.  It has been very reliable and I get pretty good speed
