Can you recommend a motherboard?

Get a 4790K, Skylake aint worth it. The 4790K is actually better. Also get 8GB of DDR3 memory, not 16GB of DDR4. I assume this is a gaming rig since youve got a gaming video card in it. So doing this will not degrade performance.

Something like a 4690K and a 980 should do the trick. A 970 can also push ultra at 1080p but in newer games it has some drops below 50FPS.
