GTA V loading time increases significantly

Okay, so GTA V was always loading super long, but I think my loading times increased.

And after that I think it takes longer to load than it did before. Like seriously from 20 to 30 minutes! I just load up YouTube on the in-game Steam browser and watch videos until it loads.

I have optimal settings for 1080p, according to Nvidia. Also sometimes when I would load in to Online it would say that my NAT type is strict or something and that it can result in longer loading times or something like that.
