Intel core i5 4440 rendering and streaming?

It will do fine on games that are easy/ier to run like LoL, CS.

On more demanding games it might lag though.

 

I think the intel function is called "Quick Sync" which makes even the weaker processors pretty good at streaming.

Try quicksync encoding with OBS for best streaming performance, and sure it can render it just wont be as fast as an i7 or whatever.

I'd be using my gpu to do it anyway.

Fun fact: My country is a third world one-ish and still has better internet than any state in the US
