Raid 0 is fast but dangerous if one drive fails all the data is lost Raid 1 is just a mirror backup Raid 5 for 3 drives Raid 6 for 4+.

Raid 0 fastest followed by 6 then 5

i want fast raid wich one is fast ?

You might not need 4 x 4 ram, 2 x 8 is enough and it leaves some slots for future upgrade. I guess raid 10 is ok? I'm not good at raid support things
