That is the question.

 

They say an extra CAS accounts for loss of a base clock. If that holds, you'd be tied at base clock of 133MHz. I don't think it's that simple and there's no way of telling without benchmarking your particular system. And that in real world it won't even matter. I'd simply go for the more reliable manufacturer/model.
