Chrome Error Code

Hey

Anytime I go and open any google based site in Google Chrome on Windows 8.1 pro and Windows 10 I get Error Code: ERR_Connection_Reset.

I need help PLEASE! how do i fix this? It's mostly google.com

have you tried turning your PC off and on again?

try "ipconfig /flushdns" in CMD
