second off: stuff is a tad more expensive in NL, so leave about €50 headroom in the budget.

are you able to overclock the 6600k with that b board? why not just get a z170?

i'd get a better cpu cooling solution, a z170 board, an r9 390, and a better psu

 

coolers: h60, u12s, phanteks

 

msi r9 390 as its not voltage locked

so in the end its a *tiny bit* over budget.
