Hi guys I'm looking for some book recomandations that fit the following subjects more novel type then a guid. (story)

1.  hacking

2. net security

3. social engineering

4. manipulating people / emotions

5. any other recommendations

6. any GOOD tutorial books on more hard type software/ hardware example TCP conections or sql injection

Really weird configuration of things and some might say it is suspicious, listen....just don't be that guy......

  1. Cyber Warfare Techniques Tactics and Tools for Security Practitioners and The-Secret-of-hacking -1st edition was/is good IMO
  2. I did Net+ for this and the book was more than sufficient IMO...it was Troytec.Network.Plus Edition 3
  3. Military FM, TM has a vast scope of this but those books maybe hard to find online
  4. Give this a check.....Motivate People Get the Best from Yourself and Others by Gavin Ingham....never finished it but it was some good reading and most of it i learnt from street life
  5. Keep Your Brain Alive 83 Neurobic Exercises to Help Prevent Memory Loss and Increase Mental Fitness by Lawrence C Katz Ph.D.
  6. The A+ Certification and PC Repair Handbook is a good fundamental tutorial/book, Oracle DBA 9i [Original course material from ORACLE corp] is a great code example tutorial but can be extremely hard to get, Secrets of the Oracle Database by Guy Harrison, MCITP - 70-443 - Designing a Database Server Infrastructure Using Microsoft SQL Server 2005, MCITP - 70-443 - Designing a Database Server Infrastructure Using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and Oracle Database 10g OCP Certification All-in-One Exam Guide really helped me understand code when those friggin lecturers would not.

Ready player one? Neuromancer? Idk if there are many that focus on current technology. Most are more or less sci-fi if you are looking for novels. On documentary side there are more good ones. Like my favorites, Just for fun (Linux history by Linus Tordvalds) and Rebel Code (Open source history by Glyn Moody).
