UEFI.  Legacy limits drive size.

Not really a factor for most people yet.

The limitation is only on drives greater than 2TB and only effects the boot drive.

 

That said, UEFI every time if your system supports it.

 

Legacy is used for older systems, like Windows XP and similar. Keep it in UEFI for windows 10. -The short story version. :D

Also older hardware doesn't support UEFI i.e. x58

I use legacy because it allows me to boot into bios without first having to boot into the operating system.  This is an HP computer btw.  

 

But, legacy isn't as good as UEFI however legacy still does offer some bonuses including supporting older hardware
