I need an upgrade for my computer pls recommend the upgrade I need for my desktop.

CPU: i7 2600
GPU: 1x Asus HD 6950
CPU cooler: lame cooler that came with CPU
MB: Asus P8Z77
HDD: Intel speed demon SSD 120GB
Memory: 4x Kingston HyperX Fury 4GB

 

When I play dota 2 the screen will be lag and stay in the same place and need to wait 3-5 second and I can play normally again. This will occur several times per game. Need a solution asap

 

Budget 700 usd
