No Internet access problem

Generally this would be easy to fix but I have no clue what to to with this one when I log on my network adapter says that there is no connection whatsoever then it loads for 30 secs ish and says the no network access. Not shire what to do here because it may be a virus because my antivirus has been disabled multiple times without my permission. Even ran combofix (overkill I know) and didn't find anything.

Guys it was private IP address that Windows assigned automatically to be at least able to communicate somehow :rolleyes:

you either have to set static IP and stuff yourself or DHCP in your network went down

provide more info on the network like: did you use the device on this network before without any problems, can you get into router config, some other device on this network works/doesnt work...
