Is it possible to Raid 0 my windows drive and Raid 1 my Storage drive after the fact. Basically if they already have files on them?

You could make a new raid with a new set of hard drives, I don't think it is possible for you to edit or change or migrate an existing raid setup.

No. Only software raid would be possible I believe, which isn't that good.

Thats what i would do...i don't have a raid card...

You can do a BIOS raid after you installed windows. You just cant do it to your Boot- Drive. You have to change some stuff in the registry. But it deends on your version of windows, here is a small guide for windows 8, its pretty straightforward: http://blog.rolpdog.com/2012/03/enabling-ahciraid-on-windows-8-after.html

Ive done this method myself, i guarantee it works, just read it carefully and backup any data thats important to you. He also links to a supossedly "easier" way that microsoft put up, but i actually found it harder than the first method. and again as a reminder: if you want your PC to boot: DO NOT TOUCH YOUR BOOT DRIVE.
