Volume control in Youtube

Today I encountered problem in Youtube, using Chrome, that volume is bugged and sometimes goes to minimum. Any ideas what could cause this?

Can you explain the problem a bit better?  I use chrome with it, and it's working just fine.

When I try to change volume it goes apeshitcrazy and after minute or so, it jumps to near zero. Started happening today. (BTW:

Yeah, I've noticed when I drag the slider it acts a bit wonky and spazzes out, never goes to zero, but just freaks out when the mouse controls it.

I use chrome and ublock and have the same problem i think it maybe ublock i turned off all my extensions and restarted chrome and it was fine

Wtf i am having the same problem on my amazon fire stick, the youtube app keeps lowering the volume by itself every time i load a new video, so it's not just me then.
