JUMPY CURSOR, HELP

Hi, 

Im experiencing an issue where whenever i click on things like attach files or choose files, my cursor would always jump to the folder and the open button. This also happens when i close programs and my cursor would jump to the ok button if it has a "are you sure" prompt. How do i make it so that my cursor doesn't jump like that and it stays still? 

Help would be appreciated

Go to Mouse Properties, Pointer Options tab, section Snap To, untick the option "Automatically move pointer to the default button in a dialog box", Apply and exit.
