I wanted to get a RogueX Tier 3 from NCIX .

I want to build it myself. I want the case to have the ROG decals. I know if I choose No assembly at checkout they won't assemble it.

But I want to make sure the components are not dead as I am getting it shipped internationally.

Will they test the system to make sure everything works ?

Does anybody know how to deal this situation here ?

You can ask them, but they wont test them without assembling it, they will just send the products new in box

Where are you shipping it to?

NCIX US or the Canadian site?

I wouldn't doubt that they test it.

Canada

The US doesn't ship internationally

I am getting it without assembly

But a validation to see everything works would be nice as RMA'ing internationally is a pain

I am an INDIAN living in Saudi Arabia

Might get it sent to either Saudi Arabia or India depending on the situation

The prices at NCIX is cheap than local stores(including shipping)

I wouldnt even bother but thats just me, since  you will probably have no warranty on anything

do you not pay any import tax ? duty? vat or anything on top?

I am customizing the config to get a 5820K,  GTX 980ti G1 Gaming(no-sli), and other little changes

I am getting it a $3060 Canadian total and $3500 including shipping

Which is a pretty good deal considering what is inside

Hmm maybe, $3000 pc with no warranty (unless the parts have international warranty) etc

how much is it to buy locally

Well after shipping it is gonna cost nearly 10,000 Saudi Riyals

But locally I expect at least 13,000

With the amount spent for local price

I could get an ROG swift monitor from NCIX with system and still save upto 100-500 Saudi Riyals
