While I was sorting out my music folder I found some Jimi Hendrix FLAC files if you want any just go

To be honest you can't exactly steal from a guy who is dead, even if he is a true music legend

Even though nobody technically own the creativ rights, somebody still own the distributive rights. That be record companys, family, band members or catalog owners.
