You could try, but I wouldn't. I've heard about how powering too many fans off of one header can overload and burn out the header. Check how much the header is rated to convey and then make sure it can handle your three fans.

Can I connect another 2 way fan splitter to my current 2 way fan splitter to power 3 120mm fans?

 

Yes you can but a good rule of thumb is to not go past 3-4 fans per header for regular fans that aren't high power draw.
