Need help, Moto g (2nd gen) Problems

Im having trouble with my phone (moto g 2nd gen) the device has "failed to validate boot image" i have tried to Recover and Factory reset the phone but to no avail.

The phone crashed when i was transferring photos from my sd card to the phone.

I have connected it to a PC but i cannot access any files.

Get into recovery and try clearing cache.
