Arctic Re-Defined. Define S Custom Water Cooled Black/White

Hey Guys.

Going to be starting my new build, which is going to be mostly a re-build of transferring most of the components over from my Parvum build

 

All going in a Fractal Define S Windowed Edition case. Which was not released when I started the Parvum build.

New parts brought are in brackets

CPU: Intel i5 4690k currently running at 4.6Ghz
Motherboard: Republic of Gamers Maximus Gene VII Z97.   Maybe a change to an ASUS Sabertooth Mark S (White Board)

Memory: Geil Potenza 2x8gb modules 2400mhz    16gb in total
Boot Drive: Intel 730 series 256gb Main Drive
Storage: Seagate 3tb Hard Drive
Storage: Seagate 2tb Hard Drive
Video Card: Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 970.  1583mhz Core - 2000mhz Memory

Network: Intel 7260 Dual Band Wireless AC - Bluetooth
Case: Fractal Design Define S Black Windowed Edition  (NEW)
Power Supply: Seasonic G Series 650w semi modular

Cables: PCCG Sleeved Cable Extension Kit White - CableMod Cable Comb Kit Clear  (NEW)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10
Monitor: LG 24MP55 IPS LED
Monitor: Thorn 42' Full HD LED TV

VGA Block: EK-FC970 GTX WF3 - Nickel

Thermal Paste: Gelid GC Extreme

VGA Back: EK-FC970 GTX WF3 Black Backplate (NEW)

Pump:  EK-DCP 4.0 PWM

Reservoir: EK-RES X3 150

Coolant: EK-Ekooant Pastel White concentrate  (NEW)

Radiator: EK Coolstream PE-360mm Going on top  (NEW)

Radiator: Alphacool NexXxoS XT-45 Full Copper 240mm Going at front

Tubing: Mayhems Ultra Clear 10mm (3/8) ID x 16mm (5/8) OD   Not quite ready to go Solid tubing. Phase 2 or 3  (NEW)

Fittings: Alphacool 10mm (3/8) Compression G1/4 Deep Black.  I have not had 1 leak from these fittings at all

Fans Rad: Noctua NF-F12 120mm 2000rpm PWM IndustrialPPC. 6 in total

 

Hopefully to be starting this week & planing to be finished by Sunday 13th Sept. Need to get the next 4 days 12hr shifts out of the way 1st

That is a lot of red you got going on there. 

 

That is / was a lot of RED going on in the Parvum build I done earlier in the year.

But it will all be changing with going into the Fractal Design Define S case. Brighten it up a bit with white.

Hence I'm not sure if I want to spend $350 AU on getting the ASUS Sabertooth Mark S board.

It might end up being to much White going on. Mostly black with White accents is what I'm leaning to.

New motherboard will be going in. I found 1 at a local PC shop.

 

ASUS Sabertooth Mark S motherboard will be going in...

IT IS IN THE HOUSE. 

Pick up this Afternoon. ASUS Sabertooth Z97 Mark S Motherboard, Board No 5956

Local Computer store had 1 is stock & I couldn't say NO.   $339 AU

 

Also while thinking on the drive to pick it up.  I have thought of a name for this build.

 

ARCTIC RE-DEFINED          Taking the Arctic from the Arctic Camo finish on the board. And Re-Defined from the Define case.

Here are a few pics on the 1st opening on the box when I got home.
