Well I've been wondering which card to get really, I'm looking to game on modern titles and some not as popular ones at around 1080p, games that I am interested in are Starwars Battlefront, FO4, Rust, DayZ and things of that nature. Recently I've been wondering what card to get that would better my performance out of those games...cards that I'm currently looking at are the ASUS Strix Gtx 970 and the MSI R9 390. So if any one of you are able to tell me which card here will give me better results on either of these games it would be greatly appreciated!

I prefer the Strix 970 myself but the 390 isn't a bad card either.

Yea I've heard some fantastic things about the ASUS 970, do you happen to have any of the games above and if so what do you usually get out of your card in that/those games *excluding FO4 and Battlefront*

I tried out rust and it runs great but it will also on the 390 but I just like Nvidia more because it is better optimized for some games I play and their Drivers and Geforce experience software.

And the card has low power usage and is dead silent.

Alright well awesome I appreciate the replies and you've given me more to think about when choosing a new car (leaning more toward 970, because I know much more about it than I do the 390)
