Firepro vs Quadro for workstation ?

I thing to gate AMD FirePro W8100  or NVIDIA Quadro 5000 ? 

Someone have experience using this cards ?

Depends on what software you use. But Quadro has a lot wider software support because of CUDA.

ok,  which one better supports  for OpenAL?

For OpenAL I would go the AMD route but for OpenGL and OpenCL I would go the Nvidia route.

OpenCL is AMD.... Nvidia barely have support for OpenCL at all, even in their Quadro cards....

 

OpenGL/CUDA is Nvidias forte.

 

OpenCL/OpenAL is AMD by a longshot.

Just for reference, the K5000 is based on a GTX 680, the W8100 is based on an R9 290. So the AMD card definitely has an advantage in computational power. For OpenCL/AL AMD has a much better lead over NVIDIA in those APIs even when on equal terms, between these two cards the AMD card would win without contest.
