Anyone know if this is a good power supply for a gtx 950?

What do you think is the worst case scenario if I used this power supply? Will it blow?

You PSU will blow up, fry your desktop and burn down your house. or it could be a good PSU that is good.

You don't know. Don't risk it!

More than likely. PSU over time put out less and less power-and the cheaper generic units 99% of the time never meet their rated output anyway when new. There are too many videos to list, but just watch some of these to understand why you never use a generic PSU. (I only trust my 400W PSU to power my i5 4440, an SSD, HDD and 2x4GB sticks of DDR3)

Yep your PSU is of a really old design. That 5V rail is something you'd expect to from a PSU in a computer running a CPU that is a Pentium III or older.

I know someone who plugged their generic PSU into a motherboard with a Core2 Quad Extreme when Core2 Quads were good CPU's

His CPU, motherboard, HDD and ODD died.

He plugged the in the PSU with nothing plugged into it after that, It smoked and blew up instantly.
